There are lots of "catalog review" videos making their rounds this week... and I just skimmed the salient parts of the video Trainworld did Thursday evening with Lionel's Ryan Kunkle and Dave Olson. This one is on YouTube (Trainworld TV) to watch anytime at your liesure... and it's almost 2-1/2 hours long.
There's always some nice tidbits of info that come out of these catalog reviews. So regarding the Aberdeen, Carolina & Western excursion set... Ryan did indicate that the railroad has some beautiful equipment. And based on the cool paints scheme, we can expect to see additional AC&W offerings in future catalogs to expand the excursion train.
Definitely looking forward to this train, if Lionel's factory can get the color right.
