Applicants for OGF Membership-Please Read Before You Register
Thank you for considering membership in the O-Gauge Forum. Before you apply, please take the time to read through our guideline requirements. We are totally dedicated to a “community” atmosphere sharing both our interest and experiences with model railroading, and just as importantly fellowship. Everyone is welcome to apply regardless of experience in the hobby. An honest interest in the Model Railroad hobby and a commitment to respectfully and collegial dialogue are the minimum qualities for consideration. Hopefully, our requirements below will help you determine if we might be a good fit for you or vice-versa.
Please read our mission statement contained in our masthead. Being in 100% agreement with this message is a requirement for membership. We know that we will not be everybody’s cup of tea, and we in no way will be offended by anyone who disagrees with our Community based philosophy or the manner in which this forum is moderated. So, if this is the case, please do not apply for membership as your registration form will not be accepted.
Personal information posted to the Membership Application must be accurate. It will be verified. Any incomplete applications or any misinformation posted will result in membership non-acceptance.
All registration requests for membership to the O-Gauge forum will be carefully screened by the Membership Committee. We will be prompt, but please allow for a enough time for us to complete this screening process. Our primary desire is to attract a membership that will be part of a cohesive group of model railroaders who share similar interests. We seek to develop our membership with a focus on the Quality of Membership and not its Quantity.
