Mixed freight consist on Thanksgiving: 2 turkey drumsticks on pipe car, green bean casserole in hopper, stuffing in gondola, gravy in tank car, apple pie slice and pumpkin pie slice on flatcar. No photos taken -everything eaten before arrival at freight station (except for the hopper, which was left on a spur). Have an memorable Thanksgiving Day. Alfred

Adam, Good point - my bad. I'll pick it up at the interchange with your RR. You pick the flavor. Alfred

This morning I put my favorite trains on the tracks.
Boston and Maine SW9 and F-Unit freight on the upper level (got to help Santa get those presents moving).
NYC RS3 Fright on lower small loop.
Freedom passenger train pulled by ES44 on the main line because we are thankful for our freedom!

I’m still running the 2 Trump Train freights and the Amtrak passenger. Sooner or later I’ll get the urge to run something different but right now I’m still enjoying these trains.

Jim, your train sounds like a flyer. Adam, I like what you are running. Country Joe, we seem to be missing a refrigerated box car with the cranberry relish and apple cider, is it in your freight consist? Alfred Probably signing off for the day - got to get the turkey in the oven.

Decisions, decisions - which of these galloping greys will be on a powered instead of a display track? The answer is BOTH once the track is up again - soon.
