Thanks Joe! Still a lot more details ahead. I have to call Evan Designs for some lighting options.

Thanks Wood. I like to describe what I’m doing, and exchanging information. Some other member may know a better, more efficient way of doing something. I’m always open to learning something new.

Andy, believe me, I am no expert in model railroading. From everything I have seen so far your layout will be spectacular! Thank you for the updates and tips.
Gary.

Thank you for the kind words and support Gary. I learn a great deal from other members too. I’m glad to have the caliber of modelers here to make me a better model railroader.

Thanks for the update Andy. I envy the work you and others are doing with your structures. I have absolutely no room or place at the moment to do anything like that. I'm chomping at the bit. I really enjoy seeing modelers photos. of their progression and successes.
Thanks Again,
Gary.

Thank you for the support Joe and Brian, it's been too long but I'm making some progress now. Gary, thank you for the kind words, but you only see the good finished results . Believe me I've made plenty of mistakes on this project, but it is my first scratch build, so I'll cut myself a little slack. Yesterday I glued the trusses to the roof pieces, and I didn't like how they fit. I broke them all apart, had to do some light sanding, and repainted the underside of the roof parts. I will make another attempt glue it all up, with a better plan in mind. I know you said you had no space, but I do the majority of my work on a chunk of 3/4" plywood, 16"x16". That way the set up is portable. Maybe that can work for you too. Do you have a basement? I know I'm lucky, my wife turned the whole basement over to me years ago. Try to carve out a small space for yourself. You never know what creative ways you can come up with. I've reconfigured my wood shop at least five or six times to get the optimal layout as my tools have changed over time. Good luck with your hunt for room. Andy
