This is a wrap for our 2023 Holiday season layout thread.

I learned a lot and spent a lot in the process, and most importantly I had a lot of fun doing it. Mistakes have been noted, successes were gratifying, and improvements for next time are already in the works. For those of you who have come along for the ride, I hope you enjoyed the trip.

Perhaps you were inspired to try your hand at a more ambitious Holiday layout than you would have imagined otherwise. On the other hand perhaps you decided that I had to be crazy; or misguided, maybe both.

Regardless we are all seeking something in the pursuit of this hobby. Perhaps it is satisfaction, fulfillment, nostalgia, or simply the challenge of creating our layout vision.

Whatever it is that pushes you forward in your hobbyist pursuits, I wish you success and above all happiness.
