This weekend we celebrate the New Year with anything new that you have added to your layout this past year. New Trains, new Accessories, new additions or anything new you would like to post.

This promises to be a fun thread. I’m a bit scared to look at everything I bough this year but I will do it for the good of OGF.

Let's start with the new bridge for our layout, and it is big at 54" long.

And there is the fabulous new 1956 Buick Century Convertible (top up or down) that was offered by the NABCC as their 1st Club Car. This model was a huge success and a sell out. What a terrific addition for an O-Gauge layout.

Tom, you will never have enough passenger trains. Keep adding them in 2022.

The top four photos is a friend's train. The rest is my layout. If you click on it they'll be right side up. The two passenger cars on the end are mine.

Perhaps a few too many new things for one year, but all have been enjoyable. A new to me custom built G gauge model of one of the locomotives I work on. Lionel's new LC+ 2.0 0-6-0T in the BEDT 15 paint scheme. Another locomotive I've operated and maintained in its current form as Strasburg Railroad's "Thomas the Tank Engine" when it's been in town visiting my place of employment. I purchased this Lionel Legacy GTW 2-8-2 as a nod to my ancestral railroading heritage that was discovered by my brother in his ancestry research. My "new to me" collection of pre-1923 Lionel O gauge locomotives A returning tradition after a year off with a new edition of my holiday layout at the historic Redford Theatre. A new display and perhaps a new annual tradition with the window display I helped put together for the holiday program at work.
