We have no problem with our members making reference to the OGR Forum so long as it is done in good taste. Not so with them. The minute there is a post to their forum that references the OGF in ANY way, it is immediately removed. I guess they don't want their members to know that we exist.
I would never want to be in a position that you have to run things in a posture of fear of a competitor. Their forum, they can run it any way they want.

Hmm. I tried to contribute there, but they delete my posts. So, I will depart politely and leave it at that.
I have a few friends there, that I will try to get to move over here...
There are many nice guys there, just willing to live under the thumb of heavy handed moderators...

Ironic that there are few of the "chosen" that are free to cut people publicly and lash out in a nasty display of personal attacks and they remained unchecked... driving members away. Some are not even a value add to the hobby, others have sold their layout and set it out to the curb, but they are still experts of the hobby...

Funny. I went to look at my profile at ORG and found it has been deleted! They must be snooping here at OGF.
I use a number of their sponsors, so an email to each about the OGR practices will be in order....

What I find fascinating is that they don’t or can’t understand that they are slowing shutting themselves down. No one wants to be treated like that and soon enough everyone will figure it out.

Actually my account is still there, but they deleted a couple posts about fixing my Lionel H12-16 locomotive.
My bad...The kicker is that I went there to see if I could delete my account myself...lol.
