I was supposed to be working today. Had dry cough and shortness of breath most of yesterday. My manager instructed ... I mean demanded I stay home. Return to work on Monday is now questionable. Thankfully the company is paying my wages today and I didn't need to use a sick day. OH boy RJ. Those are not good signs. Try to reach your doctor soon. Please keep us posted on this thread.

Just before all this started I had to go to the emergency room because I was in a lot of pain. Fluid had formed around the Titanium rods in my neck. So I was already home. It's a good thing my house is a pretty good size. I can disappear down to the basement and run trains when my wife gives me that 'your getting on my nerves look'. Plus I'm retired.

Let us know how you are doing.

Yes RJ, call your doctor ASAP. Call first, they don’t want people going to ER until they talk to their doctor.

Stayed in the recliner most of the day. Feeling better. I believe the dry cough was dust from the sanding I was doing. As for the shortness of breath. I'm thinking I just over worked my self the past few days. Sometimes with my age and heart deal I need to take breaks but most of the time forget. Then I suffer the next day. Thanks for getting after me!
