The lowly caboose doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves. It holds up the rear and is often forgotten about. It is also shunned by passenger trains. But for me it is the best car out there. Here is my favorite. It’s made by O Line Productions, a company I know little about (are they even still around?). Saw it on TrainWorld a while back for a good price and jumped at it. It smokes nicely in a wafting/passive way and has great detail. It can do TMCC/DCS but it’s set to run in conventional on my layout. What is your favorite caboose? I forgot to add this, which maybe of interest to caboose enthusiast. When I was in "N", I had over 50 cabooses. They are my favorite rolling stock, but now into a bigger scale, I couldn't fit 1/2 that many on a yard sidings.
