I don't have a favorite, I like them all, but if I have to pick one it would be this work caboose since it's different.

Wish they would make an O scale Drovers Caboose. That would be my all time favorite.

My favorite car in the train. I don't even like to see a modern toy train without one. I like em all. The only favorite that comes to mind is Lionel's gray diecast wrecker caboose. I guess it just goes back to my youth. S.J.

Wish they would make an O scale Drovers Caboose. That would be my all time favorite. Which one JOSEF? They are pretty cool. #2 of course. Been wanting one like forever since I got into "O". Had one for my other endeavors, "N" and HO".

While I am more partial red caboose, I do not actually own any red cabooses. Mostly because none have been done in the style or road name I want. As for cabooses I do own, these two I thought were pretty well done and just had to add some small details. This is the Lionel CA-3/4 Caboose. The yellow one had lighted markers added as well as the scale smoke stack. I will do this to the brown one as well. The lights are running off track power with a underside switch to turn them off if needed. This is a picture of one of the projects I have. A now out of business company called "Mullet River Model Works" made two versions of this caboose and I have both. They are a brass and wood model kit that I will do sometime in the future. When finished, I will have my red caboose. Above is another project. This is an undecorated Atlas caboose in the C&O style. Below is what I will turn it into less the weathering. Actually this caboose started life as a red caboose as well, so this will be my second red caboose when finished. Charlie

It is a really interesting design that would be nice in O gauge. I suspect the narrow gauge guys scratch build their Drovers as I have never seen kit or RTR. Charlie
