Excellent. As I have said before, if there was someone that would buy my "O" items, I would jump to "HO" in a heart beat. One reason I haven't added any new "O" items to my layout or rolling stock. Dang, you got me thinking now Joe. I don’t mean to be a bad influence, Walt, or to get anyone to change scales but, that said, I’m very happy that I switched to N scale. No your not, something I been contemplating for past 2 years. I know I have a lot invested in control systems, trackage, structures, rolling stock, passenger cars and not to mention engines. Been thinking of putting it all on Craig list and take a loss to go to HO for 4500.00 which would give me a start into HO world. O has gotten to expensive, (I can afford it, but can't justify it). O has had to many problems being delivered and to much same old, same old with just a name or color change to justify that's what was run. Secretly I have acquire some HO items which we run as a tabletop in our dining room for Christmas along with the Mayberry Town.

I agree with your thoughts Walt, if I were younger I would definitely sell off my O gauge and go to ho. The way O gauge is going now is pricing out new and old buyers. I have not bought anything new for some years now because I can not justify the cost. The quality is hit and miss and Customer service from some is just horrible. I'll just keep running what I have and if I see something on the secondary market that meets my needs I'll buy it. Its a sad time for O gauge.
