Remember McDonald's Special on burgers? 10 for a $1? No, but I *do* remember their jingle, "47 cents for a three-course meal!" -- basically, a hamburger, fries and a soda.

Nope I know for a fact that McDonald's did it. At the time I had two VERY YOUNG children and it was a cheap meal for the family.
