For some reason I can't post videos anymore. So I give up for now. What's the problem? Just first upload the desired video file to YouTube, copy the video's uploaded address on YouTube (via the "Share" icon menu), and paste it into the box that pops up when you press the "Insert Video" button on the forum. A bit roundabout IMHO, but easy enough. Or do you mean you are prohibited from posting videos? *That* I can't help with . . .

Denny,
There is a setting on the video (in YouTube) that, if set, prevents embedding on other sites. It’s under YouTubes Studio settings. If you uncheck Allow Embeddings it won’t let you embed them, aka link them, here.
Also shorts won’t embed at all.
Hoping this helps. There is no setting on the forum to allow or not allow someone to embed.
