Excellent, Adam! One of my favorite scenes on Brian's North Pole Layout is the screen for Polar Express Movie with the Elves sending off Santa Clause off on Christmas Eve to deliver presents. I like how the Sun is beaming down within this scene when Brian took this photo! I remember the story of Brian talking about his large Santa. Elizabeth had to give Santa a makeover one year because he got to look shabby because of their dogs playing with it. Elizabeth did a lot of sowing as apart of how she spent her time. She spent a good amount of time sowing a new outfit for their Santa! This is one of my favorite photos within their home as Adam posted above. Attachments:

Great idea to show features from Brian's and Elizabeth's layout. Keep it up and re-post photos of their layout. Alfred

Santa skiing down the ski slope I created in my Christmas Layout in 2019 Santa Sled on 2018 Layout. This porcelain Santa was my Dad's when he setup his Christmas Layouts and is now apart of my layout every year. Santa riding on the back of Observation Car with in my Layout in 2017 Santa Riding on Front of MTH NS Christmas Decorated Diesel on my Layout in 2018 Santa Ringing Bell for Donations in front the Train Station on my 2015 Christmas Layout. Santa coming down hill in a wagon in my 2018 Layout This is my favorite photo of Santa which was in my 2018 Christmas Layout. He is handing presents out at the Diner as the Crescent Limited passes on by.

Santas abound on my Christmas Village this year. Multiple Santas here. Santa on a test run. Reindeer are looking good! What is he doing on top of that water tower? Taking some rest at his getaway cottage. Some snowboarding and resting at his other getaway cottage. Checking out the tree with the children and elves after a ride on the Polar Express. Snack break. I recall how blown away I was when I first saw it.

Looking around my layout this year I found some more Santa's. Brian inspired me to get the Lemax Santa Clock Tower. He got one for his layout. He said I should get it for my layout which I did a year after he mentioned it to me. I could not find it at first because it was right before Christmas when he mentioned it. Santa is animated going around the tower in his sleigh and then also a small train goes around the tower. It has music with Santa saying: Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas to You! It fits well into a tight space which works for my layout! Attachments:

This little building, "Candy Store" it is called, is from Menards which I got Several years ago. I think it should be called Toy Store instead since Santa has a toy train in his hand. It is like a snow globe, but it is electric with a light in it. It blows the snow within the water in the Window.

I was happy when MTH created this car with Santa Sleigh. The Front Reindeers noise lights up and Christmas lights on the flat car. K-line made a car very similar to this one, but was not easy to find and expensive if you did find it.

Here's a pic of the only legit Santa I have (except for a few tree ornaments). He's made of old repurposed barn siding, a fistful of nails, a few scraps of artificial greenery, a long stick from the garden, and an old string of lights: Everybody says he looks like Gandalf from the Harry Potter movies, lol. Made him a long time ago, long before HP hit the bookshelves and the theaters. Drag him out every year...

Thanks, but too much work, as I recall. Besides, I used up the pile of old barn siding and no idea where the plan is, if I kept it.

I have 13 Santa clauses spread thru out my layout. So when kids stop by if they give me the correct number of Santa's they get a large candy cane. But between you and me all the kids get candy canes as they leave. I'm happier then the kids.
