Like you Adam I have purged all my MTH to Lionel Legacy and TMCC although you did the opposite. I only use cab1 to run all my trains and I can run everything I have Tmcc,legacy, conventional.
There is no issue using both systems and i did that for many years but at my age I now want simplicity and that's what Lionels system does for me.
No matter want you do the whole point is to have fun and right now I'm having more fun than I deserve. I hope in this time of year everyone is having some fun.
