I have a Z4000 ser. number 080639677 and I believe I need a new board. Is one able to be purchased and from where? The lights are as follows. Top left is 40,top right is 00, bottom left is 01 and bottom right is 24.

Yep they are repairable. Talk to your local hobby store to find a good MTH CONTROL repairman.
