Mine is the New York Central and Harlem River Railroad of the 1880s to 1910. The excitement comes from that railroads use of steam engines in Manhattan on a raised stone viaduct built in 1870 that still exists to this day and is used by Metro North. That combined with a railroad cut right down the center of Park Ave (4th ave) that although covered into a tunnel in the 1890s, is still used to this day again by Metro North.
