They all go downtown to trick or treat and we get stuck with a lot candy and yet my wife keeps buying candy. Personally I'd rather not answer the door and leave the candy at the store. Well once again no trick or treaters only some stupid teenagers ran our doorbell and ran. Well at least they didn't teepee my yard.

Growing up in my town kids used to egg houses. |

We set up a temporary Halloween layout in the front window for trick-or-treaters to see. Here are photos from this years window display. Wow, that COVID really did take a toll on you Emile! But nice hat!

Grand total of six trick-or-treaters; ugh. The paranoia of modern life seems to have had a devastating effect on yet another tradition. Oh well, at least no one put their foot through the jacko-lanterns.

Well we had a very nice turnout. Over the past several years a lot of young families have moved into our community. I gave out all of our candy a total of 60 large bars. The children were accompanied by a parent and that kept them safe.

Last year we had about 20 trick-or-treaters but this year we only had 3. We gave out bags of popcorn rather than candy. We bought a box of 36 bags at Sam’s Club so I have plenty of snack food.
