@adam, where'd you get your driver/passenger? Gotta have those for convertibles on the layout. Arttista sells a few, but they can be pricey. Found them on Amazon.

Franklin Mint's 1958 Corvette in 1/43: Nice little model, except I never really liked the way the hard-top fit across the windshield. Nice interior, though, with a fully detailed engine compartment.

The last of the FM models still in the collection, a 1950 Chrysler Town & Country: Another really nice model, this example lost its chrome hood ornamentation at some point years ago when it was part of the layout decor. I suspect it was a casualty of my children, or possibly one of their friends, all of whom liked to play with the diecast on the display. It's since been retired to a dusty display case, being too detailed/realistic for the tinplate-themed layout as it exists today.

Not much left in the diecast other than vintage race cars. Here's a model of the Ferrari 500 TR, #61, driven by Cortese and Pinzero at Monza in 1956: A terrific little diecast made by Art Model of Italy...love the off-the-shoulder paint scheme. If you get a chance to see last year's "Ferrari" movie, do it. Some of the race scenes are a bit cringe-worthy, but that's partially offset by the opportunity to see Penelope Cruz walk around in her BVDs. It's a great story.
