Converted to 048 turns, now have 072 and 060 on the bottom and 048 on top.

Yep I think we all find out sooner or later that bigger is better. Problem is Bigger takes more real estate.

The upper loop looks great, Keith. The trains look a lot better running on the broader curves.

Upper loop is great. As to your first 3 words in the header, "Its never done--". Believe me, just when you think its done is when the fun begins, because you start adding scenery, new structures, figures, cars or trucks, changing things around for a new perspective, etc. Then comes the additional rolling stock and engines.
