#6637 was built by the Pennsylvania Railroad Altoona Shops in 1925 and 1927. It was their Class C1 0-8-0 used for switching service in rail yards. It was the heaviest two-cylinder 0-8-0 switcher ever produced.
90 C1’s were produced but none were preserved.
Here is a picture of #6637 in 1937
