So grateful and proud that the Harrison family (Harrison Jet Guns) hired my 20 year old Grandson Connor to learn the Machinist/Tool and Die trade. He started Thursday after working out his notice to his former employer.
So happy for him to be able to learn an excellent trade that has been very good to me. I'm also grateful for the opportunity to pass on my 46 years of experience to him.

That's great, the country really needs tradesmen and others who can work work with their hands.

Thanks Guys Mom,Dad, Granny & Papa very pleased and grateful for him to get this opportunity. An Eagle Scout, he did good in school but wanted to learn a trade and work with his hands as opposed to going to College. So this job was a God send.

It's great that he got a job in a field that interests him. I worked as a machinist and toolmaker in my younger days and there's a great satisfaction and sense of accomplishment in taking a piece of metal and making something out of it. Knowing how to work with different materials and tools is a skill that most never learn.
What's most impressive is that he wants to work. Far too many young folks don't want to work. They think they are entitled to a free ride on government money.

Great news! Congratulations from a retired industrial trades guy - there’s nothing like being in tune with how our world is put together. The trade will serve him well.
