These 21" baggage cars were paired with the VISIONLINE Niagara in the 2018 Big Book Catalog [p.48] but would look equally stunning trailing behind a Dreyfus or Hudson.
Two 2-packs [4 cars] are available. In the 1940s and 1950s, the New York Central ran several dedicated mail and express trains. Express trains typically included these head-end cars for express traffic, newspapers, bulk mail, and perishables. If you were to purchase all four cars, you could run an impressive "mail train" like JD- Trains does in this youtube video:
