Work continues on one of our new projects that we will call a "crossover model". Not a lot has been done by 1:43 scale model car suppliers to produce products that may attract folks outside of the collector community. This up until now has been a huge lost opportunist to grow our hobby. The NABCC has done a lot to expose out hobby to two outside groups in the past 14 months with some success. On the heels of this success, we came up with our latest Project. The model we are using for our prototype is a Brooklin Pontiac Station Wagon. It will be heavily modified to accommodate it's purpose.. We will keep you all posted as to the progress as it continues towards completion. Lots of hands now working on this project. One thing for sure, lots of new collectors will be exposed to this new fantastic model. The NABCC since our inception thinks outside the proverbial box.

This sounds exciting and promising. Great choice for a vehicle - many may relate to the family battlewagon. We did not have a station wagon when I was growing up. I do remember our tan and brown 1950 Chrysler - the interior was about the size of a football field. We did get a Pontiac

Bonneville at some point - it was green - it had that characteristic 'porpose nose' bumper. Alfred
