I am happy to report that my OGF ES44 arrived last night. It is unpacked and on the rails with my OGF caboose, ready to go for a test drive today. YIPPEE!!!
Mine's arrived too but am saving the unboxing until next week when I can indulge myself! I think you’ll be very happy with it. Mine runs like a champ and has no problem with my O36 curves.

Empty your wallets and buy as many trains as you can while you can!! As tensions with China get worse, especially after shooting down their spy balloon today, the manufacturing of our favorite trains will probably come to an end once we go to war with China. And it probably won’t just be fighting on the Chinese mainland either.

I haven’t bought a new engine in quite a while, in fact I sold a few, but I turn 50 on March 18 and my wonderful wife insisted I buy myself something. I’ve been eyeing this MTH Santa Fe F3 for a while. This color scheme was for freight apparently but I may use it for passenger service and put my silver passenger cars behind it. It’s a Trainworld exclusive. I thought this color scheme was really neat from the moment I saw it. It will be waiting for me when I return from my business trip.

Adam, Happy Birthday young man. The SF F3 should look good running the passenger service. I run my FAs in passenger livery with freight. I may double-head two 218s with my 2500 series. Enjoy your birthday gift - do a video. Alfred

Trainman9, Nice indeed. What cars are in the set? - all coal? As for me, I just put in an order for two Lionel 260 lighted post war bumbers, and miscellaneous repair/ replacement parts (whoopie!) Alfred

When I got home last night this was waiting for me. While my birthday is still a week away I clearly couldn’t wait. MTH Premier F-3 in Blue/Yellow Santa Fe. Looks sharp! I’ll give it a run later today and post a video.

I have a few silver and red Santa Fe units, but only one blue and yellow, and that is a GP7… Tom

I’ve never been crazy about Santa Fe warbonnet colors but I’ve always thought the blue and yellow freight scheme was very attractive, especially the F units.
