This establishment from River Leaf has become a very popular place for those over 21 and visitors driving through. The girls take to the rooftops during breaks.

It was an actual establishment in Kankakee, Il. were I celebrated my 21st Birthday while home on leave. What was amazing was how similar the building Andre produced, was to the actual Top Hat. He is amazing, Andre that is. Just wish he would produce more, maybe a special once a year for us. I have about 6 or 7 of his buildings.

This one gets a lot of attention on the layout. I added an interior and made door open and weathered. Yes, Andre is the man.

Hey Josef, What's going on here? This is mine... Like minds think alike. Now what else would one put on a Strip Club rooftop? LOL Also, adjoining next block over, someone's checking out tonight's talents. That guy in the crane, hope he is wearing a safety line?
