What a nice Santa taking a little time relaxing to enjoy the Christmas season. Good one, Emile.

Now that my grandson helped get all the boxes out of the attic, I found four more Byers Choice santas. Hey Spice, that looks like a young Rod Stewart sitting on Santa's knee in the third photo down. Gary.

Your pup, Joe? We can't do that, our pups are bigger than Santa (at least the one in your photo).

Join the club, Joe. Not so much for the attack mode, but rather they are big and playful. But, they are the best watch dogs we have ever owned.

Here’s my favorite Santa. My grandmother had the same one. If you look closely at the stair post you will see my grandmother's Santa. My 3 sisters, before I was born, watching it bubble. It was always a big deal for us to see it when we went over to their house.

Just ordered a Menard's boxcar and some 53 Ford trucks so I get the 5 piece Santa set.
Only thing I do not like is the handling fees.

Woke up at 3:00, reading OGF. Wait a minute, PTC wants Santa’s. We posted a picture of one but that does not tell the story. Paula had some surgery last week, doing great, and it reduced what we normally do. BUT that doesn’t mean there are only a couple of Santa’s... anything but. Paula decorates like a Christmas shop (well, me too). All I am showing is a very small portion of the Santa’s. There are also angels, snowmen, deer, usually four trees but only two this year, etc. Like we start decorating three weeks before Thanksgiving and if we put out Dept 56, it is early October. We love the old things that we have had for years. The Santa below with the melted face was lit at mealtime before the kids were born (Will is 41). The plastic Santa and snowman were with my family in Bluefield, W Va... we moved to Suffolk in 1957. The Santa with the Christmas cards was a gift from my grandmother probably in the 1980’s. And so the memories and meaning go. Most everyone here probably has similar stories and memories associated with this special time of year. And I must say that we keep Christ in Christmas at our house. He is first, the reason for this season. So here you go PTC, a few of the Santas surrounding us.
