Here is video I recorded back in Spring 2013 in Huntsburg Ohio which is near our model railroad business, of a neighbor 1/2 mile west of us, quilling his Nathan 5 chime K5LA train horn. He still has this K5LA horn, and blows it certain times throughout each year.
