Well I was going to sell this switch tower on the Bay but decided it needed some weathering and then I could decide what I wanted to do with it. Here it is after weathering... But it turned so good I thought maybe I could turn it into an elevated switch tower for my High Line?

Really neat project, John. Also, super installation. The tower style is wonderful.

Thanks guys, for a quick project from stuff out of my junk box it turned out ok. I will also add some safety railings and a access ladder to the platform.

Great job- from the weathering, through the placing and mounting, to the signal. Really like it.

That is a great looking tower. It is the Atlas “Hillside Jct” model I believe.
The finishing and weathering really makes it realistic in appearance. Towers and interlocking are a staple of railroad design. Great job!

If that was in your junk box I need to come over and go through it! Wow! Really looks great where you placed it and YES the signal adds to it!
