FORUM ZOOM CHRISTMAS PARTY THIS SATURDAY @ 7:00PM

We hope to see many of you in our Christmas Zoom party this coming Saturday, 12/15, at 7PM. I will have my ugly Christmas sweater on!

Getting on Zoom is really very simple. Whether you join from a Computer or a smart device, you first need to download the application.

IF YOU ARE ON A COMPUTER
1. First, make sure you have a working Camera, Speakers and Microphone on your computer.
2. Follow the ZOOM instructions found below to download and install the Zoom application. You do not need an account with Zoom to join someone-else's Zoom meeting (as in this case), but that does make it a little easier. You can also use a Google account to log into Zoom.

3. A few minutes before the party starts, click on the zoom link that Emile posted in the invitation thread (posted below for reference). Your Zoom app should automatically start but the browser may ask you for permission to start it.
4. You may need to turn on the camera and microphone, which are both represented on the bottom of the page as icons.

That's it! You should be good to go.

IF YOU ARE ON A SMART PHONE OR TABLET
1. First, you need to download and install the ZOOM app. You can do this as you do for other apps in Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. A few minutes before the party starts, click on the zoom link that Emile posted in the invitation thread. Your Zoom app should automatically start but the browser may ask you for permission to start it.
3. That's all there is to it.
