It’s been over a week since York. I’ve not seen any forum posts on attendees becoming ill with Covid. This is great news.

Two weeks before York I came down with a cold. Wicked virus, I thought it was Covid. Checked and rechecked at the Doctors and they said nope, there is another virus going around that is getting everyone sick... took lots of vitamin C and slept a bit and I was good to go!

JDaddy, Sounds like the same stuff I caught. The Tues before our flight to Baltimore I had to get a Covid test to be sure (Negative). I'm still fighting whatever that other Virus was. Not as bad as Covid but not fun either! York was fantastic, and I'm glad we made the trip. Jim

I have a head cold - 1 week after York - no temp, that's normal.
I had a pneumonia shot in September.

Sadly my neighbors who just returned from NY have it and the families of 2 guys I work with have it. Not feeling good today after going into work yesterday and working with both of them. All of us at work are vaccinated as were my neighbors.
We all have been wearing masks and have sanitizer and cleaning equipment at work but...... Also, China is still hard at work creating animal to human viruses from animal to animal only viruses. Thus, only a matter of time before they infect the world and us again when they dont get their way. Like with Taiwan.

It appears that York played pretty safe. What I do wonder about is the spread at these game stadiums full of people.

Yes Sir James, the experts were saying that the college and NFL games would be super spreaders of the virus but so far very little has happened. So much for the experts!

Covid isn't in the news, but Global Warming is now the number 1 headliner. Go figure.

Dave Most experts have said outdoor events are good if you take precautions. I remember someone saying in March 2020 there were only 10 people with covid in USA and it will be gone soon and it goes away in warm weather. Just saying!!!

We attended 40 Padres games this past season with 40,000+ also in attendance most games and neither I nor my wife have even had a sniffle. We were fully vaccinated too. I don’t anticipate any problems for us from the York Meet.
