You can reach out to Brooklin direct. Go to their web-site, find Spare Parts from the list. when you click on it, the info you need will be there.

Brooklin but they changed the requirements. I ordered from them and received great service before the changes.
They raised the price and set a minimum of 6 that need to be ordered.
