2 clarifications - the CAT Backhoe on the CSX does not have any blemishes on the shovel end. That is lighting backscatter.
Also, Lionel had a big problem with initial runs of these cars. The rubber wheels on the construction vehicles were melting into the plastic flatcars, and became glued to the flatcar. None of these have that problem.
