How do you reach menards customer service?
I can not find a phone number, and they have not responded to 3 messages in 2 days!!

They finally responded on day 3. Sounds like they are taking care of everything.

The one time I had a problem with a Menards train product that wasn't easily fixable by me they replaced the item. The only other problems I've had with Menards freight cars is the wheel sets not properly set into the trucks. It takes a few seconds to fix that once you know what to look for.

After 3 days of waiting I heard from them. Now 5 days later I still don't have the FedEx label they promised. Their response to a follow up email was "check spam" . . . uhhh, it wasn't there either . . .

We finally got the replacement car! It only took 22 days from when I first messaged them! If it were any other product, I'd be really angry, but with already having 11 working cars, it wasn't any big deal at the end of the day!

Not train related, I purchased a product back in November, a replacement lid for a sauce pan. It was the wrong size, so I called their customer service number. Got a recording saying that they were not staffing the phone due to the pandemic, and to use their customer service email. Sent them an email, go an immediate automatic response saying they will be looking into it.
About a week after that I sent another email, same automatic response. This went on for quite a while, finally about 2 weeks ago I wrote another email saying I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau. That woke them up! Got a shipping label for the return and ordered the correct size lid. The returned item hit their doorstep last night, and since it was cheaper than the first one I was promised a refund. We'll see how long that takes!

I was sympathizing with your plight by relating an experience of my own. I'm glad you took it that way.
