The OGF Group photo had the largest turnout to date! A nice mix of old friends and new friends taking a break from the busy York Meet. After a little catching up with old friends and welcoming new ones, we took over a strip of the Orange Hall Lobby for the photo shoot. Camerawoman and one late arrival were the only ones photoshopped into the Composite photo. (Names in Italics are likely names that you might recognize from another Forum. TBD screen names are friends in the process of becoming Members.) Back Row from the left: Jason (jdstucks57), Jennifer (Mrs. thebigcrabcake), Brian (Traindiesel), Lynley (Mrs. Traindiesel), Marty (MartyE), Cheryl (Mrs waitin4thetrain), Bob (Bob Phillips), Denny (dennym57), Mike (TBD), David ( David1), Henry (TBD), Allen (TBD), Rich (a4viator), Bill (Bill Webb), Nick ( Nick B) Front Row from the left: Gary (waitin4thetrain), David (RockyMountaineer), Emile (thebigcrabcake), Terry (tgp), Harry (HarryHeike), George (Laz57), Jeff (Pennsy484), George (TBD)

The OGF Group photo had the largest turnout to date! Great photo Emile. I have been in several group photos with other forums and this is the largest group. It gives testament to our mission statement: "Our strong suit is our Community atmosphere."
Participating in a Model Train Forum isn't just about the trains. Reading individual posts and responding clearly defines the person posting and each of us look at those words and form an opinion about the poster. It is just natural we would try to become friends. Just look at the comradery in that photo. My life has been enriched by these friends. That is what this picture is all about. See you on the OGaugeforum.com.

What a great start for the OGF. Thanks Emile for putting the photo shoot together for all of us.
This is a window into the future. Wait till April, we will take over the entire lobby.

Wood, this is so true. A person's personality comes through posts and you get to know them. When you meet a fellow member in person it's more like reuniting with an old friend than meeting them for the first time.
