Suggestions and Help please I am looking at the AKASO EK7000 Pro 4K Action Camera What is you thinking or do you have other suggestions Thank you SorenK I don't have hands-on experience with the AKASO EK7000 Pro. It's a nice size and as long as the image stabilization feature works well (Which it really should in any Action Camera) it seems like an excellent value. Without calling it a knock-off, it is shockingly similar in size and appearance to the GoPro. I think at least some of the price difference is due to what's "Under the hood". The GoPro shoots 4K at 60 frames per second and an eye popping 5K at 30 frames per second. The AKASO EK7000 Pro delivers 4K/25fps, 2.7K/30fps, 1080P/60fps videos. The AKASO 4K is at 25fps which is odd. 24 fps is a Cinema Standard while home video is 30 fps. (I think that 25fps may be a European frame rate standard). I any case, if you intend to post 4K video to YouTube, it must be 4K60. The YouTube platform processes 4K30 as regular HD 1080p. Take a look at the DJI Pocket2 Camera. It has Gimble stabilization which is far superior to optical or digital stabilization. It's also small enough to shoot anywhere on a layout. Steady enough to shoot handheld (even while walking) and records in 4K60. It's priced midway between the AKASO and the GoPro. Emile
