There are a lot of people in the world who love what we do. This video is just a toy train set to music, but it ‘s just a few views short of 200,000. We all should share our hobby. Making videos available to the public is a wonderful medium. With so many people listening, it’s time for us to be heard.

There is good reason so many people have watched your videos. They are AWESOME! It's like watching a classic Christmas movie every year. They never get old. Lots of people/subscribers look forward to you videos each Christmas. Thanks for sharing them. You have been a big part of my inspiration and getting back into the hobby after so many years away. My wallet isn't to happy with YOU! hehe.

Thank you guys! I appreciate that. The real point of this thread is that there are many people out there that we can reach. If we can grow our hobby there will only be more manufacturing choices for everyone. The audience is there. We just need to reach them. The Members of this and other Forums are in the best position to show the world the joy and fun of Model Trains. I encourage each and every Member to get on board and spread the word.

Very true Emile. The Internet is a powerful communications tool and sharing pictures and video of our hobby is a great way to share it with others even if we cant be together. My Youtube channel doesn't generate very many visits but i do have some followers and I just hope they get some joy out of the videos I post. If I can make just one other person smile for a while, then it is worth it.

So far, I've had a 2 year-old girl, and a 18 month-old boy, running one of my 2 Christmas layouts. I have the CW80 transformer set up on the floor (see cabinet base) so the lever stops at a reasonable speed.

Our house is a 1889 "Queen Anne". These usually have a large turret. In our case, the bottom is the living room, and top 2 are bedrooms. So yes, curved walls.
