Chevy . . . Well, I am finally in my true element.
1963: Of course things were different in those days but it makes you wonder why we had to move on in car design terms.
To me this is the epitome of US car design, and I once sat behind a wheel like this-

I’ve been looking around for a 1/43 scale model of a red 59 Impala hardtop like my folks had but they are thin on the ground. The low rider version below would do but they all seem to have been scooped up.
