Can't seem to find anyone online that does that. But I most likely will use it to keep the noise down along with the foam top should be good. What are your thoughts?

I just used foam boards cut to straight and curve radius of the tracks and placed them underneath.

Cork roadbed has been used for many years to reduce track noise. But, I have found the best solution to be Johnson Rubber roadbed that does a marvelous job in this regard. Makes the tubular track look much better as well.

If you want to quiet it even more instead of screws into the wood use plastic wire ties. Or white glue, tacking the track till the glue dries.

I use the old rubber road bed made by Johnsons Rubber Roadbed. Drops the noise level to the level of running on a carpeted floor. I can actually go without headset style ear protection that I need a lot of the time(Im autistic and very sound sensitive) Mike
