Apology for not being on here sooner; it’s been a difficult week.
Super project and neat idea. With an engine, the OGF train will be a fun thing to participate in for many years to come and there will be no question about completion. it will give everyone something to look forward to. And the design is fantastic.
I am sure that “management” will set a couple aside for display purposes at places like York where the Forum will without doubt have a presence. Having an OGF Train, a magazine, hats, name badges, vehicles, etc, along with live broadcasts, traveling club car, and the Forum dinner, will create interest, increase membership, and be fun to help with. I can see the train running around the track now.
A set of passenger cars could look pretty good with this engine.
Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

I agree completely and since I am the Passenger Train Collector (ptc), this will happen. Heck,I am going to have two beautiful engines up front to pull them with. I have already worked on a design.
Taking the club cars and engine to the York Meet, great idea. We will have a set there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The OGF is undoubtedly setting the standard for online O-Gauge train forums today and well into the future. A world-class operation all around.

Looks great!! Brian, you better be careful running this on the Polar Express side of your layout--it might just melt the snow.

Didn't think about that, but you are correct. This is one HOT engine.

With all that heat, why run a snowplow. The engine will keep a "Clear Track" to the North Pole for the Polar Express.

Just another good reason to order this engine. Thanks Walter.

Thanks Tom, we are really proud of the design. Brian, you should be VERY proud of the design. Just check out my comments in JDaddy's "It just ain't right I tell ya" thread (about Lionel's latest GN 0-6-0 switcher loco).

Good news, Tom. We are looking forward to a big push for orders once we can open up the order desk. This engine will insure a complete train as we add additional Club Cars in the future. What an engine up front to pull these Club Cars.

Has anyone noticed the white cab roof? Here's the story. In the real world of trains, manufacturers are painting the cab roofs white to help with the hot sun in the summer that increases the temperature inside the cab. We may have the first O-Gauge engine that is prototypical in this regard. The white roof is a nice touch, but I have two MTH locomotives, an SD70Ace and an SD60M, both from ~2007 and both CSX (two different paint schemes) that both have white roofs.
