They are pretty much done. The washer and dryer combo was delivered and hooked up. The plumber hooked up the dishwasher. The new refrigerator and stove won't be delivered for a month. They said the warehouse is backed up because of covid.

This will be a good place to put my story from yesterday. Denny hope ya don't feel like I am hijacking your thread.... We have been working on our kitchen through the years since we moved into our house. The latest 3 projects are flooring, new gas range and new refrigerator. We did the floor a few weeks ago. The range was delivered Tuesday by Best Buy. It was easy for them. In the front door and drop in the living room. (I need to move the old electric range out,run a gas line in and put in a receptacle for 120 plug before new range can go in.) Now the funny story ... Home Depot delivery of the fridge yesterday. Time slot 2-6. They called at 1:30 and wife informed them I would be there just before 2. They let her know they were already at the house. Thankfully I left work earlier than I planned and was there at 1:40. I can see what I believe is a guy in the drivers seat area. So I go in the house, put the dogs out and rearrange a few things for the refrigerator to come in. Five minutes goes by and there's no action from the truck??? I had even opened the front door up. So I decided to step out in the front yard. All the sudden two heads pop up and jump outta the truck. I'm guessing I scared them a bit. I proceeded to show them the two door options to come through getting the unit into the house. One is the main front door and the other is the kitchen door. The kitchen door is a straight shot more or less. The front door involves a hallway. They decided on the front door? They didn't want to bring the unit up on the kitchen porch then have to reposition to get through the door!!?? I'm thinking ok do it the hard way. Either way involved removing the refrigerator doors. Now they have measured the house entry, dinning room and kitchen doors 4 times but recheck once again and decide the hallway will not work and need to go through the dining room!!?? I'm to the point of bringing it in myself but calmly move all the dinning room furniture. So guess what .... yup another measurement and decide they need to remove one of the dinning room doors in order to get through. So now I am totally confused because both dinning room doors are the same size! I was ready to call them out on it but said do what ya need to do. So refrigerator is finally in the kitchen. They brought the fridge doors in through the kitchen door. So according to Home Depot I had to order a new upgraded braided waterline for the install. One of the delivery guys stated They couldn't hook up the water because I didn't have a valve. I pointed out the old water line and before I could state the valve was in the basement he said the valve needed to be near the refrigerator. I asked: why did I need a 12' line? He repeated about the valve. I'm a shade of red by now and said whatever. He proceeded to push the unit against the wall when the other guy stated they need to plug it in. So plugged in and done. I noticed they added notes to the papers I signed saying no damage to the house and no water line install. About five minutes after they were gone I had the hole drilled larger for the waterline and the new line hooked up. I also found a pinched wire where they put the front cap on above the doors. Thankfully the wires were not damaged. Spent the rest of the afternoon unpacking all the stuff and trying to figure out the front panel.

The floor is from Home Depot. My contractor installed it. He always hires good people to works for him. They got everything the way Mary wanted it and fixed and problems she saw. We also got our new washer and dryer from Home Depot.
We got the dishwasher, new stove and fridge from ABC Warehouse. The dishwasher is installed, but the stove and fridge are on backorder due to warehouse problems.I think they are closed because of covid.
