You sent me a PM requesting interior sources. We keep a list on our I-pad and no way to send links so I am sending screen shots. These look blurred but on my I phone they are totally clear. Best sources have an ****. If these are not clear, please let me know.

Thank you Bill, I will take a look tonight. I just finished another Downtown deco building and I am working out the details on the inside. Things like carpets, pictures, hardwood floors, potted plants, book shelves, fire place, appliances, stoves... I just could not find.

Many of the things that you are looking for can be done using pictures that you find on the internet. Once in a building your eye can’t tell the difference, especially if it is at any distance.
Check doll house sites. They have most of what you want. In the appliance area. Scenic Express will have the plants. Rugs, flooring, clocks, pictures, etc we got from pictures on the internet, reduced the size and pasted on the wall/floor.
Dave at Evan Designs can handle your lighting needs including fireplace and tv LEDs.
It is a lot of fun. When we started, we found that we were overdoing it and that our eyes tended to see things that were not there and correct for errors . Outside photos show every error. Inside is the opposite. The brain imagines what the eyes don’t see. You don’t have to fill the interior.
Paula did a Victorian house with carpet, wallpaper, furniture, people... the works. It looked (is put away, hope still looks) fantastic.. she has a box full of pages of rugs, pictures, etc to go in our next buildings.
She is having some surgery tomorrow but will be glad to help you next week. She has been telling me what to write.
Your building looks great. Wait till you are finished. This part is fun.

It depends on how much detail you are looking for. All the things that you have mentioned, and a great deal more, are available as “quarter scale” interior features: flooring, furniture, figures, you name it. It is diorama and - yes - dollhouse stuff. Quarter scale = O scale, as in 1/48th. Check it out, via eBay, Etsy and even Shapeways.
