I feel very fortunate that Keith R. was nice enough to convert mine. Never forgot his kindness.

It's hard for me to pick a favorite passenger car. I like them all, but if I have to choose one it would be the vista dome. There's just something magical about folks sitting in that dome.

For me it would have to be the passenger cars for the Orient Express. one day I hope to have a really nice model of that train with all the locomotives and cars. Gary. I have seen some European-made cars of that train in what is near enough O scale (I think it’s called 7mm) and I agree they were beautiful. But to cross my Prairie they’d have to be pulled by an E7 or E8 or maybe some Alco PAs. I am no purist. Here is a German cousin of the Orient Express by MTH. It’s a very beautiful car in person.

Besides my P.E cars, my other favorites are my Railking PhaseIII Superliners, especially the dinner/lounge car with the nice big windows.

Hard to pick a favorite, but if I can only pick one, I guess it would be this baggage car.

That means I must give an honorable mention to these models, issued 'way back in the better days of Lionel's aluminum-bodied cars.
These are the fantasy scheme NYC Superliners. I chased down three of the Long Island lounge cars, which with the original incandescent lighting glow beautifully in the dark.

Not surprised at your choice, Wood. The Blackbonnet Business Car is a gem.

The Burlington Zephyr is a great train. Four working smoke stacks! Emile

I'm partial to the new Polar Express cars despite some of the issues that I had to take care of.

You got this one right harborbelt70!!! They are beautiful and the "better days of Lionel" produced a very nice unit that operates flawlessly. I also have these Superliners and they are always part of my operating consists on the layouts.
