Brian, the ribbons and signs look great!
May I suggest having the cars back in to the parking spaces so the fronts are visible? From a realism perspective it doesn't make sense since your citizens would be looking at the cars from the sidewalk but when viewing the layout you and visitors would see the fronts of the cars which is IMHO the the best viewing angle.

You know, that's a great idea, I never thought of it. I will test it out this weekend. Thanks so much Joe.
Still waiting for the arrival of figures to finish the scenes.They will go next to the vehicles as spectators.

This has been a most interesting project. Has made a huge difference in the area between the sidewalks and the train tracks. Made this area very special and a lot more interesting.
