Welcome! Interesting name; what’s the story?

Back in my HO days, I had a layout named Tug Fork & Eastern. It was to be a coal hauler where the N&W ran on the western side of west Virginia. Got as far as the benchwork, most of the trackwork, a couple of engines, and some rolling stock and then lost the "right-of-way" because of a move. My current Three Rivers & Western is the second railroad that has originated under a Christmas tree for me. I had accumulated so much O-gauge stuff that switching back to HO wasn't a wise financial move. Since O-gauge equipment has improved so much over the years, I don't mind at all. That's the long-winded version, ha ha!
Thanks for the "welcome aboards", all!

Sounds great! Show us your next steps... are you building a new layout?

That is a very nice layout! You've made very good use of your space. 👍
It looks like it goes around the room. Do you have to duck under to get in or do you have a lift out or lift up section, or something different?

A duck under right inside the door. There's just enough room to get the door open and then it's duck or that's all the further you go. The top of the railroad is approximately 45 inches off the floor and designed to make the duck under somewhat comfortable. Plus that height gave me room for all the shelves under the railroad. As for the shelves, I did all the cutting outside, assembled them in the living room, put furniture pads under them, and then slid them into the room. They fit perfectly under the duck under. Of course, the only way I can get away with that is by cleaning up after myself and not damaging anything. So far, so good! BTW, an operating session at scale speed takes an hour to an hour 15.
