I emailed Andre, but no reply as of yet.
Do his kits come pre-finished, pre-painted?
I ask only because I read somewhere about a ghost sign on one of the buildings, and it sounded like it came already applied.

I am sure I answer, anyway.
the kit is coming in raw material.
the big OGF sign on top us laser engraved and need to be painted.
if you think you can ruin it, I can pre paint the sign for you, the rest you can do it.

Also, do you have any plans to re-release kits that are not available now? I'm interested in the movie theater, Frank's Cafe, CG Murphy's and the Bail Bond kits.

Jim, file are available, the only problem was some building used Grand line windows and are not available anymore, but I can make a substitute. if are you happy with I can cut them for you. I will show a option soon. Andre.

Andre, sorry, I should have replied to this earlier.
In case you were not aware, the Grandt Line items are available again, from San Juan Models, the folks who bought out Grandt Line. Here's a link to them sanjuanmodelco.com/
If you do not want to bother stocking the parts for the kits that need them, would you sell the kits without, and buyer can oder his or her own parts?
