Need help with a product review from the November 2016 CTT

In the November 2016 CTT,  Bob Keller reviewed a railking J. Does anyone have that Copy and Can you tell me what the product number is if there is one?  I need to know if that is 30-1674-1. I believe that product number is the 2016 excursion sound model.  Those sounds should be the same sound file as the Premier 20–3630–1.  I would upload that file but there is a possibility that the tether doesn’t have the same amount of plugs.  Some PS3 steam engines have this issue when changing sound files and some don’t. 

Or if you have 30-1674-1, can you share a video of the PFA?
