If you're in need of an adhesive to secure something on your layout that you might want/need to move later on, give this a try: www.aleenes.com/aleenes-tack-it-over-and-over Jim Robinson of Bridgeboss told me about it, and it works great. I used it to secure the track to the deck of my metal drawbridge. It holds very securely, but if I ever need to remove the track, it will come up with very little side effects compared to glue. And, it's inexpensive. John

Thanks for the sugestion, John. I will add this to our inventory since we all have items that we want to not permanently affix.

This is what you want to get: It works great; I'm attaching Ross track (wooden ties) to a metal bridge deck with it and it is rock-solid. I already had to reposition a section of track, and I was able to pry it up with a small screwdriver; no damage.

Tacky Glue is a great product. I use it a lot.
