Well, I tried to get this posted on the site - however - the upload was too big, so here is the link to the April 2020 Layout Tour of the Central Jersey Rail Road:

Enjoy!! Devil, you have a great layout in progress. I like the various seasons. 👍
I embedded the video for you. It's very easy once you know how to do it. To embed a video don't use the quick reply box at the bottom of the thread. Click the Reply button at the bottom and it brings you to the reply screen. In that screen you have many options. At the top of the reply box there is a line of options beginning with Font Face. On the right is a separate group of buttons. The sixth from the far right looks like a movie scene board. If you click on that you can paste the link to your video and it will be embedded.

You have designed a great layout Andy!! Very good workmanship too! Those Long Island pieces look SUPER. That RS-1 Switcher is one that I really like. We picked up the NIB U.P. Genset Switcher last weekend because it was a heck of a good find at a great price, $462.00 U.S/$680.00 CDN. Couldn't turn it down. However the RS-1, 2, and 3 models are my favourite Switchers. Over time hoping to find two of them. After looking at your long Island version I want one of those. I love the color scheme! Gary.

Enjoy!! Love it! I especially like the approach of having different towns/areas. Christmas Town and Spooky Town are my favorites. Keep the updates coming! Will there be a hockey pond?

OK. my homework assignment is done. Despite all my planning, it is not exactly what I wanted...but I am not gonna obsess about it. I hope you can understand me. Conditions lately make it difficult for me to form certain sounds. The drool doesn't help either...and that is without a single drink! Note on the opening exterior shot that the original architect's plan had the train room the same dimensions as the garage. My wife didn't like the look. Neither did the architect. A battle lost and with it the chance for O72 curves. My Veranda is a shelf queen. Great video and layout Forest. I love all of the detail. So many ideas for me!

Agree about the staging area, but I really like the hidden turn around loop.
How will you maintain visibility of those tracks? I knew someone who put little video cameras in his hidden storage area.

Adam - there is a small one by the tree lighting ceremony, but I'm trying to get one in.....lol!!
Spooky Town was done for my daughter (the Princess) who loves Halloween and I dedicated this to her.
I am a big Christmas fan, so, Christmas is my area, some more work to be done, but soon....
My favorite will be Main Street, loosely based on my home town. That is spring and summer and I'm REALLY looking forward to doing that part of the layout. Firetrucks, muscle cars and drive ins, burnouts on the main drag - should all come together soon, I hope.....

Andy we really enjoyed the tour of your layout. You have it planned out very nicely and it is neat to be modeling a place that you know well. I like your three Dennis Brennan kits and especially the way that you gave more character to the plaster one. That was probably a result of the famous tremor of 1934 that severely shook the local area.
One day we would like a personal tour but that appears to be down the road. Please keep on updating as you make progress.
Bill
