Well, that was too easy for you guys. 3, ZW wire tap/power connection. The "MM" is a close-up of "COMMON". Have a great evening. Charlie Doh! Not easy for me to spell c-o-m-m-u-n.

Emile's photos are always incredibly fine, like this one. I never mastered the art of "macro" photography at very close range, despite once getting, some years back, a digital SLR camera for exactly that purpose.
I dusted off a smaller digital camera with a macro feature for this shot as I have #3000 out for a run. It is definitely black.

A couple Milwaukee Road electric locomotives and a Erie diesel. All made by MTH. A Bipolar, a EF-2 Boxcab and a Erie boxcab... Tom Love that Erie Boxcab. Been looking for one in NYC. Had a trade going for my K Line scale Hudson for one, would you believe it, the guy dropped it on concrete and it shattered.

Thanks Gary. I like all sorts of electric locomotives, no matter the road name. I have too many! Lol. Here are some other black items... Tom

Yeah, iPhone is my default setting too but I still don't get your results. Anyway here's more black boiler detail from #3000 - please ignore the "coal dust" realistically appearing here and there:

I didn’t know MTH made them until I saw this one. Concrete, height and slippery hands are a bad combination! Tom

Tom I found several on E-Bay, but not NYC. I may very well buy one and re-Decal it for NYC. Glad you found it in PS2/3 volt. Have had to many PS2 board failures. LOL, one failed on my buddy's layout in his tunnel. We pushed it out with his switcher rather then climb underneath to reach it since it had a tender. It worked.
